We have relationships with various vendors that may benefit your business such as commercial bankers and lenders, payroll services providers and others.

We have standard pricing packages and can also work on one-time projects. We can discuss your project and its cost in our meeting.

Business Startups

$125 Monthly

Best for a new startup business with less than $100K/year in revenue who just need structure and support. For those new business owners who need confidence in their financial information without the cost of a real bookkeeper.

This is NOT full-service bookkeeping.

  • QuickBooks Online set up guidance.
  • What transactions to track, both income and expenses.
  • Connect and reconcile 1 bank or credit card account in QuickBooks Online.
    • Additional accounts can be added @ $25/ea.
  • Review of monthly transactions and what needs to be fixed to prevent future issues.
    • Up to 200 transactions per month.

Basic Bookkeeping

$400 - $600 Monthly

Best for small businesses doing up to $250K/year in revenue that need full bookkeeping services.

Basic 400

  • Bank and credit card account reconciliation for up to 2 accounts.
    • Additional accounts can be added for an additional $25/account.
  • Monthly bookkeeping and transaction categorization. Up to 250 transactions per month.
    • Based on up to 250 transactions per month. Additional transactions can be added for an additional $50/100 transactions.
  • Monthly P&L/Income Statement and Balance Sheet delivered by the 10th of the month.
  • Tax ready financial statements for your CPA.
  • Email Support.
  • One-time onboarding fee based on setup needs.

 

Basic 600

  • Includes the Basic 400 +
  • Cash Flow Summary.
  • Rules automation cleanup.
  • Monthly 10-15 minute review call.

Mid-Range Bookkeeping

$1500+ Monthly

(Depends on Complexity of Transactions)

Best for business doing $250K-$1M in revenue per year.

  • Everything in the Basic 600 package.
    • Based on up to 250 transactions per month. Additional transactions can be added for an additional $50/100 transactions.
  • Reconciliation of 3 bank or credit card accounts.
    • Additional accounts can be added for an additional $25/account.
  • Payroll setup and management.
  • Sales tax filing.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Dashboard.
  • One-time setup fee based on setup needs.

Top Tier Bookkeeping

$2500+ Monthly

(Depends on Complexity of Transactions)

For business that want full financial support and proactive planning.

  • Everything in the Mid-Range Package.
    • Based on 300 transactions per month. Additional transactions can be added for an additional $50/100 transactions.
